Carolina Fashion Group will help cultivate and empower the talent from our city providing them the opportunity to create, establish, and develop looks and designs that will soon be loved by all.

Who We Are

Promote the fashion forward ideas of Triangle designers through education, development, and showcase . This program pushes the fashion forward thinkers of Raleigh to express their creativity and prove how Raleigh is one of the most stylish cities in the world.

Charles Graves

Charles attended the University of Delaware. Now receiving his Masters in Public Administration. He strives to impact the Triangle by unifying like-minded young professionals. As the President of Carolina Fashion Group, Charles seeks to unite the Capital city through fashion while providing a platform for local brands and services to grow. “Charles loves the city of Raleigh and is excited for CFG to be a part of its growth”

Jared Hart

Vice Chair
Jared has a Master’s Degree in business administration from Campbell University. He has always had a passion for fashion and looks to use his background in finance and development to help CFG make as big an impact in the triangle as it can. “The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you figured out why –Mark Twain ”

Rachael Pusateri

Board Chair, Creative Direction
Rachael has been involved with the fashion industry for the last 8 years. Currently she is a buyer for a local boutique “Mynt”, with locations in Durham and Elon, NC. “Rachael loves interning for Ellie Saab during Paris Fashion week and hand sewing bolero in his Atelier”

Bryana Renee

Board Chair, Event and PR
Bryana holds a B.A. in fashion marketing and management and is fueled by creativity with a love of bringing ideas to life. Natalie is currently completing her PhD in Consumer, Apparel and Retail Studies at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (Ranked 1st in North Carolina and 13th in the U.S.). Natalie is a Durham native; a fan of the “buy local” movement; and on a mission to make learning look cool.
